Messi continued to talk about how his family supported him through the good as well as the not so good times. Messi admits that he loves the tranquil life and being far from the spotlight.

Messi made his declarations in light that he is one of the 55 people on the list for the FIF Pro World 11 awards to be given on January 2012. Messi has also received numerous awards such as the FIFA Ballon D’ Or.

Messi assisted Barca in winning the 2010-2011 UEFA Champions League defeating Manchester United. Messi has assisted Barca in winning other events such as the UEFA Super Cup.

Messi has been compared with Cristiano Ronaldo in personality and playing style. Messi in the past has downplayed such comparisons.
